Rob Edwards along with O'Neil represent the early candidates under consideration to replace Vitor Pereira as manager of Wolves.

The previous coach was dismissed on the weekend following the team's 10-match without a victory start to the top-flight campaign.

Furthermore both candidates - each of whom have historic links to the team - are among the names to be evaluated by the Wolves ownership.
